WI Bankers Association Directors Summit
Attorney Steimle recently attended a Wisconsin Bankers Association Directors Summit in Stevens Point. The main topics included current trends in the small business banking environment, succession planning for both management as well as boards of directors, strategic planning for organizations and overall risk management practices. “Understanding community banks and their current mindset is extremely helpful in order to better position our clients for securing favorable financing terms” Steimle said. In addition, to knowing what the current “hot buttons” are for banks, the summit also provided Attorney Steimle with many great ideas and current trends relating to succession planning and overall risk management for businesses.
